The former Palma pitcher is 2-2 this spring for St. Mary's, having recorded a win as a starter and as a reliever.
The 6-foot-4 Neff has appeared in eight games for the Gaels, six as a starter. He has 24 strikeouts in 34 innings of work, posting a 5.03 earned run average.
Neff pitched and hit Palma to its last league title in 2013. He was a two-time member of The Herald's All-County baseball team.
