Orlando Johnson

Orlando Johnson may have played himself into another 10-day contract with the Phoenix Suns.
Signed last week after earning all-star honors with the Austin Spurs of the NBA’s Developmental League, the 6-foot-5 Johnson is averaging 23.5 minutes a game for Phoenix, the most of any reserve off the bench.
Johnson, who prepped at Palma, is averaging 8.5 points a game. In the Suns last game against the Warriors, he pulled down eight rebounds and blocked three shots.
The 26-year-old Johnson was originally drafted by the Sacramento Kings, before being traded to the Indiana Pacers, where he spent nearly two seasons before being released in 2014.
