Saturday morning thoughts

Impressive: King City is off to a 4-0 league start in girls hoops for the first time in three years.
Stunned: Holding a five-point halftime lead, North County gets outscored 19-0 in the third quarter in a loss to Monte Vista in boys hoops.
Disappointment: North Salinas can't build off Wednesday's OT win over Alvarez, falling to Gilroy in boys hoops.
Statement: Dating back to last  year, Carmel has won eight straight MTAL games in girls hoops by double digits.
Individual: Jessy Hurtado has 28 points for Alisal while Jovany Garcia tallies 25 for King City and Brad Sendell 23 for Pacific Grove.
Dramatics: McKenna Hill has 19 points as CSUMB holds on for a 61-60 win over San Bernardino in women's hoops
