The former Palma High and Indiana Pacers forward has been named to the NBA D-League all-star team for the Austin Spurs.
The 26-year-old Johnson is averaging a team high 15.8 points a game for the Spurs, and is 25th in the league in scoring.
The 6-foot-5 Johnson is shooting a career best 48.5 percent from beyond the 3-point arc. He's also averaging 5.3 rebounds and 2.9 assists for Austin.
Johnson, who led Palma to its last Central Coast Section title, spent two seasons in the NBA with Indiana and Sacramento. He's also played on Summer League teams with the Warriors and Wizards.
