Salinas-Greenfield girls hoops

 No two teams could be more different in their styles and approach.
 Yet, both are off to flying starts this winter.
 What Greenfield has done well in its first two games is play tenacious defense, allowing 27.5 points a game.
 To take it a step further, since falling behind 12-0 in their season opener, the Bruins have allowed 41 points in the last seven quarters.
 Contributions offensively are coming from all over, including Chloe Garza, who had 10 points in the teams last game, and Elizabeth Castro, who had 12 points and 21 rebounds in the opener.
 Salinas is more offensive minded, having produced 50 plus points in two of its first three games. The Bruins will have to slow down Kathleen Bass, who has been a force in the middle.
