Lizzy Tardieu

Sophomore libero Lizzy Tardieu made her minutes on the court count this past fall for the University of San Diego volleyball team, finishing No. 5 on the team in digs with a collegiate career best of 144.

Tardieu averaged 1.55 digs a set for San Diego, who spent time in the Top 25 this past season, finishing 22-10 overall.
 The 5-foot-4 defensive specialist took part in 30 matches, compiling 37 assists and 13 services aces.
A four-time member of The Herald’s All-County volleyball team at Santa Catalina, Tardieu was The Herald’s Volleyball Player of the Year in 2013 and the Female Athlete of the Year.
