Lizzy Tardieu

Despite not having started one match this fall for the University of San Diego volleyball team, 5-foot-4 libero Lizzy Tardieu is fourth on the team in digs.

The sophomore defensive specialist has produced a college best 102 digs coming off the bench for the nationally ranked Toreros, having seen the court in 21 of the teams 22 matches.
Tardieu, a member of The Herald’s All-County volleyball team all four years at Santa Catalina, also has 18 assists, four services aces and a kill for San Diego, who is ranked No. 24 in the nation.
