 If the Eagles are going to make a playoff push, it has to start now. There is no margin for error over the final two weeks.
 However, confidence gets shaken when you have been outscored 126-27 in your last three games. A struggling offense has left a tired Alvarez defense on the field far too long.
 The Cougars stay in the Gabilan Division may be brief as they are still searching for their first win.  The average margin of defeat in league has been 33.8 points a game.
 Quarterback Matt Adamkiewicz has been a bright spot, having either thrown or rushed for 13 of the teams 16 touchdowns.
 Two of Alvarez's three wins have come on the road. That being said, its worst loss of the season also came on the road.
