Marcel Brinson

The former Palma defensive standout is second on the Minot State football team in tackles with 18 after two games.

Brinson, a hard-hitting senior safety, who has appeared in 32 of the teams 33 games since arriving as a true freshman,  also has broken up a pass for Minot this fall.
In his first three years at Minot, Brinson has recorded 113 tackles and a sack, compiling a career high 48 as a sophomore in 2013.
Brinson was a member of Palma’s last Central Coast Section title team in 2011.
