 The Lobos had 13 players extend their college football careers with athletic scholarships for this coming fall.
 Among them is receiver Joseph Jakubowsky, who is headed to the University of San Diego after catching more than 80 passes in two years at MPC.
 Former Seaside High teammate Jon Tuiolesega landed at the University of Texas, San Antonio, a Division I program -- as a defensive tackle.
 Tight end Jake Blackwell, who prepped at Monterey, will continue his career at San Diego State, a perennial bowl team over the last five years.
 Former King City offensive lineman Carlos Se'Osemea is headed to West Virginia Wesleyan while one-time Carmel defensive lineman Isaiah Skelton will play this fall at West Texas A&M.
 MPC is sending two players to Kentucky Wesleyan in Monterey grad and offensive lineman Antonio Moore and Seaside alum and tight end Elijah Knight.
 Defensive back Akeel Marsh will play at Mercyhurst, while punter/kicker Alex Elterman is headed to Humboldt State, and defensive lineman Joe Griffin to Trine.
 Offensive lineman Vince Fanua will play at Colorado State-Mesa. Receiver Jameel Kirkland is going to Fayetteville State while running back Rod Hoskins will play at Whittier.
