The former Palma High and MPC quarterback showed up Monday at the Johnson-Toney Football Camp at MPC to speak about his days as a camper.
Beginning his second year with the Chicago Bears, Fales spoke to roughly 400 campers about the importance of staying active, playing multiple sports and surrounding yourself with the right people.
Fales, who had surgery on his throwing shoulder in the off-season, is expected to be the Bears No. 3 quarterback this year.
Fales threw for over 12,000 yards and 100 plus touchdowns in four years of college football. He also threw for a Palma school record 20 touchdowns in 2008.
