The 6-foot-4 right-handed hurler sports a 3.38 earned run average, but is off to an 0-2 start for the Gaels. In 13 innings of work on the hill, Neff has 13 strikeouts.Neff pitched and hit Palma to a Gabilan Division title in 2013.
