The Condors made a statement last week.
But that means little tonight when they invade Alisal.
Battle tested? Perhaps.
North County just beat the reining league champions by 17 points.
Yet, the road is a different animal.
Having rattled off six straight wins -- including its first five in the Pacific Division, North County hasn't played a road game since Jan. 7.
Five of its last seven games in league are on the road.
Keep in mind this is a young team with a first-year coach. It's uncharted waters for the Condors, who haven't won a title in 11 years.
Alisal has won four straight games since a league-opening loss. Ironically, that one setback came at home, its only home loss this year.
Two of the elite scorers in the county will be on display in Jordan Graves of North County and Alisal sharpshooter Jessy Hurtado.
