Salinas-St. Francis boys polo

Saturday's game
Division I
Salinas (23-5) at St. Francis (15-10, 9:30 a.m.
Based on seedings, the Cowboys aren't supposed to be here.
Yet, Salinas is making the most of it behind record setting sniper Nat Hunsdorfer, having knocked off higher seeded Los Gatos and Palo Alto to earn the right to face the No. 2 seeded Lancers.
The West Catholic Athletic League powers have won five Central Coast Section titles, the last coming in 2010.
Hunsdorfer has been on a tear of late, breaking the single-season school record for goals earlier in the week, a total that has now reached 150.
Four players have over 25 goals for Salinas, including Nic Clark, who has 52 goals and a team leading 40 assists.
Hunsdorfer also leads the team in steals with 40, while Coleman Stewart's prowess on defense has enabled goalie Liam Parrish to be more aggressive, having recorded 299 saves.
