Notre Dame volleyball

 The Spirits are making this run through the postseason look too easy.
 At times Notre Dame looked almost bored out on the court in dismantling Bradshaw Christian in 59 minutes on Tuesday in the first round of the State Northern California Division V tournament.
 Complacent?
 Not a chance.
 The Spirits are playing with passion, understanding there remains barriers in their path to a state title match, starting Saturday at University of San Francisco.
 That doesn't mean Notre Dame isn't enjoying the ride or the moment.
 Or that fact that this 30 win team is getting better as the season progresses.
 The Spirits made few mental mistakes in their Nor Cal opener, while improving other facets of their game.
 Challenging themselves has provided motivation for what lies ahead.
