Bothered by injuries most of the year, the senior hitter capped her four year career at CSU-Monterey Bay with 259 kills and 243 digs.
Ashen finished her career No. 2 on the Otters all-time kills list with 1,278, breaking the single-season school record for kills as a sophomore and again as a junior with 500.
She is the only player in Otters history to have two 30 plus kill matches.
The North Salinas High graduate's 911 career digs have her ranked in the top 10 all time, as does her career total of 145 blocks.
