Pajaro-North County football

Saturday's game
Pajaro Valley (2-4) at North County (3-3), 2 p.m.
Bouncing back from a 10 point deficit to defeat Gilroy was a signature win for a still maturing North County squad, who may have found its identity last week.
It was also a confidence builder for the Condors, who have spent the last four weeks on the road, and will now close the season playing three of their final four at home.
After giving up 92 points in two previous setbacks, the Condors defense shutout Gilroy over the final three quarters.
The Grizzlies offense revolves around tailback John Mason, is has chalked up nearly 700 yards in the teams first six games -- compiling nearly half of the teams total offense.
Pajaro Valley has been outscored 114-27 during its current three-game losing streak. Both of its wins this season have come on the road.
