In a limited role last year, the former Seaside High quarterback went 99 consecutive passes before tossing his first interception, throwing for nearly 700 yards.
 Now that Turner has a grasp of the offense, he will be turned loose this fall for the Panthers, adding another dimension to the offense with his legs.
