Trevor Howell

 Trevor Howell was promoted from the Baltimore Orioles' Single-A Delmarva Shorebirds to the their Triple-A affiliate in Norfolk as a strength and conditioning coach.

 Howell, who still holds the Pacific Grove High single season and career home run records, is in his second year in his role with the Orioles organization.
A former football and baseball standout at Pacific Grove, Howell played professionally in Germany for three years, earning all-star honors behind the dish. He also played and coached at Monterey Peninsula College.
