 Amber Duplissie ripped a grand slam while Janell Godfrey had a two run homer as North County is 2-0 in the Pacific Division in softball.
 North County has become a player in the Pacific Division in golf after finishing in a tie for first with perennial power Monterey in a league tournament.
 At 13-0, Monterey is four wins shy of setting a single-season school record for wins in tennis.
 Nationally ranked CSUMB has won 12 straight softball games and 22-of-23. Pitchers Lindsey Clarkson and Cori Reinhardt have shutout seven of their last eight opponents.
