Czaplak back in action

After missing all of his senior year at Pacific Grove with a hip injury, Kyle Czaplak has appeared in 34 games this spring for Santa Clara University, having started 24 at second base.

The freshman is among the team leaders in walks with 10, and has scored eight runs and driven in eight for the Broncos. Czaplak also sports a .925 fielding percentage.
 Czaplak started his first three years at Pacific Grove as a shortstop, leading the team to a Division III CCS title in 2012.
