A returning starting strong safety for Hartnell with 4.4 40-yard dash speed, the 6-foot-1, 205-pound Wynn was overshadowed last year by Arkansas bound Carroll Washington.
Wynn was credited with nine breakups last fall, utilizing his speed and physical presence to act as a cover corner on occasion. He also had three picks and seven tackles for losses.
