Debbie Hudson's run as a volleyball coach at King City was magical.
She guided them to a Central Coast Section title and a State Division II finals appearance in 1990, as well as an MTAL record 116 straight wins, and 23 straight playoff appearances.
Hudson is back as the Mustangs varsity coach, having spent the last five years working with the JV program.
While the program hasn't skipped a beat in her absence, her presence provides stability as King City charges forward with a run that has seen them put together 30 straight winning seasons.
