 The setter anchored the Notre Dame attack with precise sets, feeding the ball around to four different hitters at the net last fall.
 DeSerpa's presence at the most critical position on the floor gives the Spirits a starting point in their  quest to return to the State Northern California Division V volleyball playoffs.
