Brian Reader

The former Palma High and MPC quarterback has thrown for 423 yards and eight scoring strikes as a backup for the Iowa Barnstormers of the Arena Football League.
 Reader, who finished his collegiate career at Idaho in 2011, has a quarterback rating of 78.35 for Iowa. He played in a 55-41 loss to Utah on July 20, throwing a touchdown pass.
 Reader led Palma and MPC to league titles. Iowa is where former Rams and Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner got his professional start.
