Top 5 offensive fooball teams from 2012

For the last four years, Carmel has been piling up points at a record setting pace, producing two of the top 50 season scoring performances in state history.
Last year Carmel led the tri-region area, averaging 48.5 points.
Monte Vista Christian finished second at 38.3, followed by Salinas at 37.7 -- its highest total in over a decade.
Monterey was fourth at 36.8, followed by Seaside at 36.5.
If there is one team that could creep into the top five this year, look out for Christopher in the Pacific Division.
