My equity league proposal
A true equity league would include the Mission Trail Athletic League.
Here's what it could look like if the MTAL was part of the picture for football.

Curious - why wouldn't you move up Carmel to the Gabilan? I think their record supports that they could compete in the Gavilan?
I agree with your message that MTAL should be a party of the equity league formula. Also, I would put Carmel in Gab, but I understand why you have them starting in Pacific Division. They won the MTAL and whould move up league in strength.
Carmel would definitely need to be in the Gab. Might as well go straight into the Gab because they wouldnt last in the pacific for long. It would make more sense for them to do it sooner then later.
