Yahoo Sports is calling Palma and MPC disciple David Fales the most intriguing quarterback prospect in the 2014 NFL draft.
Fales, who begins his senior season this fall at San Jose State, set numerous passing records last year. Yahoo Sports said Fales has good size, a strong arm and ideal mechanics.
Ironically one of ESPN's draft analyst said Fales has a weak arm, small hands and isn't big enough.
For the record, Fales is 6-3.

Fales does not have a strong arm. He has good zip on the intermediate route but lacks a good deep ball. I would say he has a good enough arm though. He may be listed at 6'3 but i bet he measures under 6'2 at the combine. If he has as strong of a year as he did last it will be interesting where he goes.
The NFL cemetery Is full of quarterbacks with Canon arms… So the fact that he doesn't have above average throwing strength doesn't mean a thing. He is an intelligent, Accurate, quarterback with great pocket presence. Pro scouts see him going in the top 30 pics. On top of that, he is a great character kid and his future is extremely bright and wish him huge success
There are also a ton of weak arm QBs that never get to touch the field lol..you could go either way. I wasnt trying to knock him. The point is that he doesnt have a strong arm for deep routes but he has great zip on the ball on intermediate routes and if you were going to point out his biggest weakness it would have to be his arm. There are hundreds of pro scouts and im sure some see him going in the top 30 even top 10 and there are many that have him rated outside of the top 5 QBs.
