The former Stevenson slugger hit his first collegiate home run for the Cal Bears baseball team.
Halamandaris, who missed the first 22 games of the season, has started the last four games for the Bears as a designated hitter, having drawn six walks in nine starts.
Last summer Halamandaris was chosen in the eighth round of the MLB amateur draft by the Seattle Mariners.
