Pearson, a two-time Herald Athlete of the Year, has started 12 of the 21 games for Cal. He is second on the team in doubles (5) and third in runs scored (10).
Drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays last summer, Pearson has been flawless in the outfield, handling all 22 chances.
