1. Notre Dame: The Spirits are going to hold a lot of teams under 40 points.
2. Christopher: The entire roster is back from last year's 20 win season.
3. North Salinas: Those five freshmen last year have a season under their belt.
4. Salinas: Will be hard-pressed to duplicate last year's 11-game turnaround.
5. San Benito: Playing a tough preseason will benefit the Balers.
6. Seaside: Sabrina Neal will record a lot of double-doubles this year.
7. Alisal: If it were in the Pacific Division, it wouldn't lose a game.
