Transformational Coaches Central Coast is presenting a Winter Sports Captains Day on Saturday, Dec. 15 from noon to 2 p.m. at Salinas High.
All coaches and captains for boys and girls basketball, boys and girls soccer and wrestling are invited to take part in the seminar.
The goal of the event is to make athletes aware of the importance of their roles as captains, teaching them to lead in practice, in games, around school and around town.
