Both Alisal and Alvarez are 5-0 going into Tuesday's non-league showdown.
Alisal has outscored the opposition 19-1 while the Eagles have outscored five opponents 18-2.
Pedro Virgen has 11 of Alvarez's 18 goals while Lorenzo Vasquez has six goals and four assists for the defending league champion Trojans.
Dating back to 2010, Alisal is 28-0-5 in its last 33 regular season soccer games.
