Colin Kaepernick didn't convince me he deserves to start the rest of the season at quarterback over Alex Smith after a Smith like performance last Sunday.
His teammates did.
It's clear he is the choice of the players, based on their body language. And I'm alright with that.
There is no way Jim Harbaugh can return Smith as the starter at this point unless Kaepernick has a melt down. And that's not going to happen.
There's fire in the players eyes when Kaepernick is on the field. He's confident. And it clearly trickles over to the defensive side of the ball.
Think about this.
The 49ers turned the ball over two times, committed 10 penalties. And they still won in a place few teams win at.
