Monte Vista is off to its third straight 5-0 start.
Last year it beat Seaside for just the second time in school history 35-7 to capture its first league title.
The previous two meetings were nailbitters.
It is officially a rivalry.

I dnt think there should be much hype on this game MVC has played nobody and has yet to prove anything..I think seaside wins this one soundly
I agree with Bobby. MVC closet game was with King City. It was 28-21 in the fourth before MVC pulled away. Strength of schedule goes to Seaside. No debate here. Seaside makes another statement.
