Injuries crippling Gonzales

 Injuries have crippled the Spartans roster.
 With eight players declared out, head coach Kevin Bonincontri hopes to have 17 players suited up for tonight's 6:30 p.m. kickoff at home against Thurgood Marshall.
 Bonincontri can't even bring up junior varsity players because most of them are freshmen.
 While Bonincontri didn't say the season is in jeopardy, the third year Gonzales coach told his staff if  anymore players go down, we will have to reevaluate the situation.
