Gonzales (0-3) vs. Marina (0-2) at MPC, Friday, 7:15 p.m.
Despite suffering its 19th straight loss, the 19 points Marina produced last week was a school record. Injuries left Gonzales with just 17 players last week.
Dating back to last year, the Spartans have dropped seven straight games, with their last win coming against Marina.
Both teams are allowing over 40 points a game. A thorn in the Spartans side has been turnovers, as they have turned it over 19 times in three games.
Rafael Ramirez rushed for 130 yards and three touchdowns last week for Gonzales.
