Salinas-Milpitas baseball

Milpitas took part in the Salinas Easter Classic in April. So it has some familiarity with the Salinas field.

The 13-13 Trojans have non-league losses to King City, Gilroy and Harbor.
Milpitas did close the El Camino League season with three straight shutouts.
Salinas went 5-1 down the stretch, allowing just one run in its last three games, blanking Palma in the season finale to keep them from gathering a share of the TCAL title.
 I'm not sure if I'd go with the nasty boy or deuces for this first round battle.
