Michael Aldrete

The junior hurler is 4-0 in 10 relief appearances with one save for San Jose State.
Aldrete, whose fastball has been clocked in the mid 90's, has 17 strikeouts in 17 innings, compiling a team leading 2.08 earned run average.
 Aldrete, who prepped at Salinas High and played last spring at MPC, has also made five starts at shortstop for the Spartans (14-13).
