With seven straight wins, the nationally ranked Otters surpassed last year's entire win total with 30.
 But it's not the first time CSUMB has won 30 or more softball games in a season.
 The Otters have won 30 plus games four out of the last five years, with a school record 36 in 2009.
 The Otters, who have been ranked as high as No. 4 in Division II, have 14 more games to rewrite the single-season school record.
