James Albert, who played this past winter for the Otters men's basketball team, will play in his first golf match today for CSUMB.
The 6-foot-8 sophomore is believed to be the first two-sport athlete at CSUMB since the school became a Division II program.
During the winter, Albert averaged 4.6 points and 2.6 rebounds for the Otters. His last basket of the season was his first collegiate 3-point goal.
