Santa Catalina softball

We knew the defending MTAL champions were going to be good.
 But this team is sick.
 In four games, Santa Catalina has outscored the opposition 50-2.
 You've got UC Santa Barbara bound pitcher Alex Pingree throwing darts and University of Tennessee bound catcher Annie Aldrete sending balls into orbit.
 That is when teams have the nerve to pitch to her. Entering Monday's game, Aldrete had just two hits and both were home runs.
 But the Cougars arsenal doesn't stop there. Fatima Larios is a three year starter at second base and Chase LeeHong was an all-league shortstop as a freshman.
 The well is not running dry. Two freshman this spring are making noise.
