Are the Vikings for real at 3-0?
Well, the three wins matches their best start since the late 1980's, which is around the last time North Salinas had a winning season.
The problem for the Vikings is cracking the four prominent programs in front of them in the TCAL.
Last year North Salinas was 1-11 against Gilroy, San Benito, Palma and Salinas.
However, that win over Palma marked the second straight year it has beaten one of the playoff powers in the TCAL.
That's a step forward.
