Interesting stat with Half Moon Bay. It has five players averaging five or more points a game, but no one averaging more than nine points.
The Peninsula Athletic League Ocean Division champion Cougars (22-5) are 9-1 in their last 10 games, with the one setback coming from Mills. Defensively, they have held 12 opponents under 40 points.
Top seed Palma (17-8) has won 10 straight. Noah Allen has scored 20 or more points in six of his last nine games.

This is going to be a big test for Palma. HMB will have a huge height advantage, and is well coached. They've defeated spome very good teams (El Camino), but have also lost to average ones. I've seen Palma have some problem with teams with length in the past (i.e., Sacred Heart Prep), but if they play great defense and spread the ball around, they have a good shot. If they play like they did at the start of Carmel game, they will be in trouble.
