One program itching for a change in leagues is North County, who will learn this morning whether it has been moved into the equity upper division of the MBL for next season.
Reported proposals have North County and Watsonville moving into the upper division, joining the likes of Alisal, Salinas, Gilroy, Alvarez and North Salinas, turning it into a power league.
