Pal-Car coaching staffs
Take a look at both coaching staffs at Carmel and Palma.
Both are filled with alumni, coaches that wanted to return to their roots and make a difference.
The core of the Chieftains staff has been intact for over a decade under Jeff Carnazzo. While Golden Anderson's staff has remained together since his arrival.
Programs that continue to win often have one thing in common. Little turnover in the coaching staff.

Coaches Mike Harrow and Devin Meheen at Carmel deserve some recognition. Meheen has done a great job in recent years making the most out of their personnel on the defensive side. Coach Harrow has turned out some stud D linemen. He's also excellent at taking an undersized guy and teaching him how to use speed and aggression to beat the opposition's size "advantage". Guy's like Schneider, Lucero (RIP), Koucky, DeGeorge, and others would not be/ have been as dominating as they are without Harrow. No question.
