Despite being held to nine points in a loss to Cal on Tuesday, the former Palma product is the nations No. 4 leading scorer at 22.4 points a game for UC Santa Barbara.
The 6-foot-5 Johnson, the Big West Conference Tournament Player of the Year the last two years, leads the Gauchos in minutes played (36.5), rebounds (7.2), assists (3.2) and steals (1.1).
Johnson dropped in a season high 36 points in a loss to UNLV. He has led Santa Barbara in scoring six times.
