Defensive back Reggie Topps will be in the secondary today for the University of Utah when it faces Georgia Tech in the Sun Bowl.
Topps, a North County graduate, has played in all 12 games for Utah as a nickel back, recording 32 tackles and one interception.
The junior has 16 solo tackles, four tackles for losses, two sacks, four pass breakups and one forced fumble. Topps also plays on special teams, returning a blocked punt for a touchdown in 2010.
