Final football grades XIV

Marina (0-9)
I didn't see the progress I had hoped for from Marina this year. It played two more games and scored one less point on the season.
 The 17 straight losses to begin its era in 11-man football does not concern me as much as was Marina competitive?
 The answer is no. Running clocks were used in the fourth quarter in seven games. On the bright side, Marina established a junior varsity program that registered a win.
 The core of its varsity will be back. There are some parts to play with. But if this school is going to continue to have sports, it needs proper facilities and equipment. You have to provide some hope for these kids. Final grade: D.
