King City
If you're looking for a sleeper team in the MTAL, King City is as athletic as any team in the MTAL.
Most, however, are seasonal basketball players that jump into the gym in mid November after football season ends.
Four of King City's top five leading scorers came off the football field, including returning all-league center Ralph Rianda.
King City doesn't lack size with 6-foot-3 Zane Carroll along side Rianda. The Mustangs did hold two of their first three opponents under 35 points.
